Key responsibilities

• Develop course outlines, instructional materials, assignments, and comprehensive marking schemes.
• Mentor students through practical projects, internship preparation, and academic research.
• Participate in faculty meetings, accreditation processes, and other departmental duties.
• Integrate modern tools such as accounting software, financial modeling, and market analysis applications into the curriculum.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience or relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical, real‑world examples.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to simplify complex topics.
