Learning and Development Manager

About the role

The Learning and Development Manager will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of training programmes that support Kenex Konsults International’s business objectives. You will work closely with department heads to close skill gaps and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a company‑wide L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
• Conduct training needs assessments and create annual learning plans and calendars.
• Design, coordinate and deliver workshops, seminars, onboarding and leadership development programmes.
• Manage relationships with internal and external trainers, negotiate contracts and oversee the L&D budget.
• Maintain and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and monitor participation and completion rates.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments and performance data, and report outcomes to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in learning and development or talent development, with demonstrated managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and training needs analysis.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and project‑management abilities.
