Lead Tutor – Pilot 2 Tech Training Program

About the role
Jentech AI is looking for enthusiastic volunteer tutors to join its Pilot 2 Tech Training Program. The program runs for five weeks, is project‑based, and aims to equip aspiring tech professionals with practical skills. Tutors will guide learners remotely, providing mentorship and feedback throughout the intensive course.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guidance and support to learners in the assigned track (Data Analytics, Product Management, or IT Project Management).
- Facilitate project work, answer questions, and provide constructive feedback.
- Help learners apply theoretical concepts to real‑world scenarios.
- Collaborate with the program team to ensure a smooth learning experience.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in the specific track you are applying for.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting learner growth.
