Lead Sales – Renewable Energy Solutions

About the role

CEESOLAR is looking for a results‑driven Lead Sales professional to accelerate revenue growth across its renewable energy and power‑solution portfolio. The role will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, and will work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored energy solutions for commercial, industrial and residential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, government and private sectors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Lead client presentations, commercial negotiations, proposal preparation, and tender submissions.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and contracts while protecting company interests.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to create competitive proposals for solar, backup power, energy storage and efficiency solutions.
• Achieve assigned revenue, profitability and business‑development targets, including cross‑selling and upselling CEESOLAR products.

Required profile

• Minimum five (5) years of proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong background in business development and solution‑based selling within renewable energy, power solutions, EPC, engineering or related industries.
• Commercially astute, results‑oriented and able to build strategic client relationships.
• Experience managing the complete sales lifecycle and delivering high‑value projects.
