About the role
The Key Account Sales Executive will manage relationships with major FMCG clients, drive sales growth, and ensure strong product visibility and market penetration within key accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts.
- Identify business opportunities and create account‑specific sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with key clients.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise product positioning.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account sales, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple accounts and multitask effectively.
