Key Account Manager – Strategic Infrastructure & Managed Services

About the role

The Key Account Manager – Strategic Infrastructure & Managed Services will drive high‑value business opportunities across telecommunications, ICT and enterprise sectors. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the role focuses on expanding managed services, enterprise connectivity, fibre infrastructure, cloud networking and digital transformation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure strategic business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
• Develop and execute account strategies for key customers such as mobile network operators, ISPs, financial institutions, government agencies and large enterprises.
• Lead commercial development of managed services, network operations, fibre deployment, data‑centre connectivity and cloud‑based solutions.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with OEMs, technology vendors, system integrators and channel partners to broaden the service portfolio.
• Manage complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through bid management, proposal development and contract execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or key account management within telecom, ICT or related infrastructure markets.
• Proven track record of winning and managing multimillion‑naira contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen and an extensive network of senior‑level contacts in target industries.
• Ability to engage executive stakeholders and build long‑term partnerships.
