Junior Project Architect

About the role

The Junior Project Architect will support the Lead Architect in delivering architectural projects from concept through construction. You will ensure design quality, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Architect in design development across all project phases (concept, scheme, detailed design, construction).
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants to integrate designs seamlessly.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations and industry standards.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and resources.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders to maintain alignment and satisfaction.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify adherence to design intent.
• Identify and resolve design and construction issues proactively.
• Support contract administration and project reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a structured architectural consultancy.
• Strong design and technical detailing abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Escape.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
