Junior Data Analyst – BPO Operations

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our BPO operations in Lagos. You will work onsite, supporting business performance and workforce management by turning data from multiple sources into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and organise data from CRM systems, call logs and operational tools.
• Analyse operational metrics such as customer engagement, recovery rates and service levels.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports and interactive dashboards.
• Track and report key performance indicators across teams, highlighting trends and anomalies.
• Support decision‑making with data‑driven recommendations.
• Assist workforce management by scheduling staff, monitoring agent availability and generating performance reports.
• Analyse call volumes and workload trends to inform staffing decisions.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in reporting or data analysis.
• Familiarity with call‑center or BPO environments is a plus.
• Basic understanding of workforce‑management concepts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, 24/7 operational setting.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
