About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead its technology function across the hospitality portfolio. The role combines strategic planning, operational oversight, and hands‑on leadership to ensure robust, secure, and efficient IT services that support guest experiences and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee security, integrity, and maintenance of all IT systems and ensure procedures are robust.
• Collaborate with business units to drive readiness, manage system installations, and secure user acceptance of deliverables.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, audit system performance, and provide data for strategic decisions.
• Negotiate and manage service, maintenance, and licensing agreements, keeping upgrades current.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Review system performance against policy, recommend efficiency improvements, and add business value.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal audit requirements, performing follow‑up actions as needed.
