Inventory/Store Officer

About the role

Royal Queen Products is seeking a diligent Inventory/Store Officer to manage the flow of goods in its manufacturing and warehousing operations. You will play a key role in ensuring that all materials are accurately received, stored, and issued, supporting smooth production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods and materials.
• Store and organize inventory items for easy identification and access.
• Issue stock based on approved requisitions and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system data.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages or excesses, and prevent losses through proper control measures.
• Prepare and submit inventory reports to management as required.
• Support procurement and operations teams with accurate inventory information.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, safety procedures, and proper labeling.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of HND.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar inventory or store management role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
