Inventory Officer

About the role

Ovalium Pulver Limited, an export‑focused agricultural commodities trading and processing company, is looking for a competent and detail‑oriented Inventory Officer to manage inventory operations, stock records and warehouse controls.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, issuance and dispatch of raw materials, finished goods and consumables.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/inventory management software.
• Conduct stock counts, reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Track inventory by batch/lot number and storage location.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality Control and Finance.
• Ensure proper documentation, traceability, warehouse organisation and compliance with inventory control procedures.

Required profile

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in inventory or warehouse management.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food processing or commodity trading preferred.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Odoo Inventory or other ERP/inventory management software.
• Good Microsoft Excel, numerical analysis, stock reconciliation and reporting skills.
