About the role
The Inventory Control Officer will coordinate, monitor and report on inventory, warehouse and collection centre activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and protection of company assets across Kano and Jigawa locations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and support stock counts across warehouses and collection centres.
- Supervise inventory activities within collection centres.
- Maintain accurate purchase orders, pricing and inventory records.
- Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on warehouse and collection centre operations.
- Support procurement, quality assurance and value‑chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal warehouse procedures.
- Safeguard company assets against fraud and theft.
Required skills
- Knowledge of inventory control and business process analysis.
- Strong documentation and record‑keeping abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
