Store Supervisor – Inventory Management

About the role

The Store Supervisor will support efficient store operations by supervising material issuance, ensuring accurate inventory records, and maintaining stock integrity to meet operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day material issuance and ensure timely service delivery to internal customers.
• Record all stock receipts and issues accurately in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD365).
• Monitor stock movements, escalating discrepancies or irregularities promptly.
• Oversee issuance of packing slips and ensure documentation is forwarded for payment processing.
• Support implementation of approved reorder levels to prevent stock‑outs.
• Track inventory usage trends and contribute to replenishment planning.
• Maintain accurate bin cards and align physical stock with system records.
• Assist in receiving and verifying materials against approved documentation.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are supported by appropriate documentation.

Required profile

• Good understanding of inventory management and stock control principles.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent record‑keeping and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
