International Recruitment and Admission Officer

About the role

Onboard Nigeria is seeking an International Recruitment and Admission Officer to join its Lagos office. The role focuses on guiding prospective students through the entire application journey for study programs in the UK, Cyprus, Poland, and Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to student inquiries and provide clear guidance on admission requirements.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from initial contact to enrollment.
• Liaise with partner universities abroad and maintain accurate applicant records.
• Organise information sessions, outreach events, and virtual webinars.
• Review documentation for eligibility, compliance, and completeness.
• Prepare regular performance reports and contribute to process improvements.
• Support marketing initiatives to generate new student leads.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in student recruitment, admissions, or educational consulting.
• Strong client‑service orientation with the ability to communicate empathetically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment in document assessment.
