Programme Manager – Innovation Directorate

About the role

The Innovation Directorate seeks a dynamic Programme Manager to coordinate and drive innovation‑focused initiatives such as Ready to Run and Data Services. The role blends program coordination, stakeholder engagement, data‑driven impact measurement, and strategic support.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of Directorate initiatives, managing logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Engage with faculty, mentors, political leaders and external partners to enhance program impact and maintain collaborations.
• Work with the Data Services unit to track performance, generate insights, and produce reports, case studies and success stories.
• Research best practices in governance and leadership development, contributing innovative program models and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's in Monitoring & Evaluation, Public Policy, Political Science, Development Studies, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, governance initiatives, leadership development or social innovation.
• Proven ability to design and implement MEAL frameworks, track KPIs and produce data‑driven reports.
