International Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an International Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our beverage ingredient portfolio across global markets. You will work from your home country, building relationships with distributors, manufacturers, and hospitality groups to grow our presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in your local market and neighboring regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, restaurant groups, beverage manufacturers, and tea/coffee chains.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Present product solutions and negotiate commercial agreements with prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, including client visits and ongoing account management.
• Prepare sales reports, business correspondence, and provide market feedback.
• Collaborate closely with headquarters in China to ensure efficient communication and project execution.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and the local language of your market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Passion for sales and business development within the food & beverage or ingredient industry.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently, and eager to learn.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but recent graduates with high potential are encouraged to apply.
