Interior Designer – Aesthetics (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a creative Interior Designer to lead aesthetic projects across multiple locations in Nigeria. The role involves translating client visions into functional, stylish spaces while managing budgets, timelines, and on‑site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Sketch initial design concepts, colour schemes and material palettes based on client briefings.
• Visit job sites to assess space, design needs and functional requirements.
• Present design proposals to clients and obtain approval before detailed CAD development.
• Prepare detailed CAD drawings and briefs for contractors and supervisors.
• Source and purchase raw materials, furnishings and finishes, ensuring cost‑effectiveness.
• Hire and coordinate tradespeople such as carpenters, painters, plumbers, electricians and artists.
• Monitor project progress, maintain client communication and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in interior design or aesthetics.
• Strong creativity, artistic imagination and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proven leadership and team‑coordination capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD software for detailed design drawings.
• Blueprint reading and drafting.
