Interior Architect – Design & Technical Development

About the role

Elvaridah Limited is looking for a talented and detail‑oriented Interior Architect to lead the design and technical development of interior spaces across residential, commercial, hospitality and corporate projects. The role involves translating client requirements into innovative, functional and aesthetically appealing environments while ensuring compliance with architectural standards and building regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative interior architectural concepts that align with client needs and project objectives.
• Prepare detailed space plans, layouts, mood boards, furniture arrangements, lighting concepts and material specifications.
• Produce comprehensive architectural drawings, construction details, floor plans, elevations, sections and fit‑out documentation.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies and ensure designs comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, engineers, consultants and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support procurement teams on material specifications and monitor project timelines for successful delivery.

Required profile

• Strong background in interior architecture with experience from concept development through construction documentation.
• Excellent spatial planning abilities and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting regulatory and quality standards.
