Integrated Data Assistant

About the role

The Center for Clinical Care and Clinical Research (CCCRN) is recruiting Integrated Data Assistants for its cluster-based health programme in Niger State, covering the Minna, Bida and Suleja clusters. The role combines data entry and E-Deck support to keep paper and electronic records complete, accurate and reconciled. There are 70 openings available.

Key responsibilities

• Enter authorized data across HIV, TB, ANC/PMTCT, maternal and child health, malaria and community service workflows.
• Reconcile source documents and electronic records, flagging discrepancies for validation and authorized correction.
• Track incomplete encounters, pending records and backlogs, and prepare routine summaries under SI supervision.
• Support data-quality reviews, approved electronic workflows and resolution or escalation of device and connectivity issues.
• Use individual access credentials, maintain correction audit trails and report data loss or unauthorized access.

Required profile

• Diploma in Computer Science, Statistics, Medical Records, Health Information Management, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• At least one year of relevant health-records or programme-data experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with facility and community teams in the assigned location.
• Commitment to the continuity and quality of integrated health services.
• Willingness to follow project, government and facility procedures, including confidentiality and safety requirements.

Required skills

• Computer literacy and spreadsheet skills.
• Record reconciliation.
• Familiarity with approved national reporting and EMR systems is an advantage.
