Insurance Sales Manager

About the role
The Insurance Sales Manager will lead the sales function for Heirs Insurance Group in Lagos, driving growth through effective strategies and team leadership. This full-time, on-site position focuses on meeting sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of insurance agents.
- Identify customer needs and build long-term relationships.
- Ensure high standards of customer service across the sales process.
- Conduct financial planning and performance analysis to optimise sales operations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in insurance sales and knowledge of insurance products.
- Strong team management and leadership abilities.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Understanding of finance principles and sales performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in insurance or sales management (a plus).
Required skills
- Proficiency with sales tools and CRM software.
