Instructor – Organizational Culture & Workplace Cohesion

About the role

The IDMANN Institute is seeking experienced professionals to deliver online instruction on Organizational Culture and Workplace Cohesion. Instructors will lead live sessions for the Supervisory Training Program, helping participants transition into effective supervisory roles.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging online modules on behavioral typology, diversity, workplace culture, and conflict resolution.
• Develop lesson plans and teaching methods that accommodate learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Facilitate live class sessions, answer questions, and provide feedback to students.
• Maintain a professional virtual classroom environment, ensuring clear audio‑visual quality.
• Assess student progress and adapt instruction to meet learning objectives.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a strong command of English.
• Professional experience in the relevant discipline, with real‑world examples to share.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, clarify concepts, and resolve conflicts.
• Commitment to student success and a passion for adult education.
• Availability for at least four evenings per week (typically Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday).

Required skills

• Familiarity with psychometric tools such as Myers‑Briggs and KAI Inventory.
• Experience teaching or facilitating online learning sessions.
• Proficiency with video‑conferencing platforms and basic classroom technology (webcam, microphone, stable broadband).
