Instructional Designer – Remote (Nigeria)

About the role

Learnophia is seeking a creative, AI‑savvy Instructional Designer to craft engaging, compliance‑focused eLearning experiences. Working remotely from Nigeria, you will collaborate with subject‑matter experts to transform complex content into interactive courses that meet industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design learner‑centred eLearning using adult learning principles.
• Develop interactive modules with Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise.
• Create storyboards, scripts, branching scenarios, simulations, assessments and knowledge checks.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot to accelerate content creation.
• Publish SCORM‑compliant courses to the Learnophia LMS.
• Conduct quality assurance testing before release.
• Maintain instructional design and branding standards.
• Update courses as regulations and client needs evolve.
• Support webinars, product demos and client onboarding when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development or a related field.
• Minimum three years of professional instructional design experience.
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
