Implementation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to help businesses understand, start, and successfully set up 390 Work, our operational software platform. You will act as the bridge between product, customer education, onboarding, and business operations, guiding prospects from the first conversation through demos, configuration, and first meaningful use.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with interested businesses, conduct discovery calls, and run product demos tailored to their workflows.
• Explain how 390 Work supports sales, inventory, staff, finance, tasks, approvals, and other key processes.
• Guide new customers through initial configuration, including users, roles, branches, products/services, customers, staff, inventory, and workflows.
• Create simple setup plans for various business types and ensure customers move from access to active usage.
• Monitor onboarding progress, identify stuck or inactive users, and provide practical guidance to accelerate value.
• Document recurring questions, objections, and setup challenges, and share feedback with product, design, engineering, and support teams.
• Help improve implementation resources such as guides, videos, templates, and in‑app instructions.
