Implementation Officer – Retail POS Onboarding

About the role

The Implementation Officer will guide new retail customers in Delta State through the adoption of Moniebook POS, ensuring they become confident, active users within the first 30‑60 days. This hybrid role bridges sales and long‑term customer success by delivering high‑touch onboarding, configuration, and training.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute tailored onboarding plans with clear milestones and success metrics.
• Assist customers in setting up and configuring Moniebook POS to match their workflow.
• Deliver engaging live training sessions (one‑on‑one and group) on core features and best practices.
• Monitor usage data, transaction volume, and feature adoption to identify at‑risk customers and intervene proactively.
• Build trust‑based relationships with key retail stakeholders, providing responsive and solution‑oriented support.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of retail operations and the ability to translate needs into POS configurations.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with sales and account management teams.
