Implementation Officer – Retail POS Onboarding

About the role

The Implementation Officer will guide new retail customers through the adoption of Moniebook POS, ensuring the solution fits their daily store operations. Working closely with sales and account managers, you will turn newly signed merchants into confident users within the first 30‑60 days.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute customized onboarding plans with clear milestones and success metrics.
• Assist merchants in setting up and configuring Moniebook POS devices and software.
• Deliver live training sessions—both one‑on‑one and group—to retail staff on core features and best practices.
• Monitor usage data, transaction volume, and feature adoption to identify at‑risk customers and provide targeted support.
• Build trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders, responding promptly to questions and concerns.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, user errors, and configuration challenges, escalating when necessary.
