Implementation Officer – Retail POS Onboarding

About the role

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking an Implementation Officer to guide new retail customers through the adoption of the Moniebook POS system. You will act as the primary point of contact during the critical first 30‑60 days, ensuring merchants integrate the solution smoothly into their daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute customized onboarding plans that move customers from sign‑up to full operational use.
• Assist merchants with initial Moniebook POS setup and configuration to match their workflow.
• Deliver engaging live training sessions—both one‑on‑one and group—to educate store staff on core features and best practices.
• Monitor usage data, transaction volume, and feature adoption; intervene proactively with at‑risk customers.
• Build trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders, providing responsive and solution‑oriented support.
• Identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary to ensure a seamless handoff to Account Managers.

Required profile

• Proactive problem‑solver who can manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
