Implementation Officer (Retail POS Onboarding)

About the role

The Implementation Officer will guide new retail customers through the adoption of Moniebook POS, ensuring the solution becomes an integral part of their daily store operations. You will act as the primary point of contact during the first 30‑60 days, translating sales commitments into tangible product usage and value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute customized onboarding plans that move customers from sign‑up to full operational use.
• Configure Moniebook POS to match each retailer’s workflow and operational requirements.
• Deliver engaging live training sessions—both one‑on‑one and group—to teach core features, best practices, and efficient transaction handling.
• Monitor usage data, transaction volume, and feature adoption to identify at‑risk customers and intervene with targeted support.
• Build trust‑based relationships with store owners and staff, responding promptly to questions and concerns.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, user errors, and configuration challenges, escalating when necessary.
