Implementation Officer – Akwa Ibom

About the role

The Implementation Officer will guide new retail customers through the adoption of Moniebook POS, ensuring the solution becomes an integral part of their daily operations. Working closely with sales and account teams, you will deliver high‑touch onboarding experiences that accelerate product activation and drive early value for merchants in Akwa Ibom.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute tailored onboarding plans, defining milestones, timelines and success metrics for each merchant.
• Assist customers with initial Moniebook POS setup and configuration to match their workflow.
• Deliver engaging live training sessions—both one‑on‑one and group—to educate store staff on core features and best practices.
• Monitor usage data, transaction volume and feature adoption, intervening proactively with at‑risk customers.
• Build trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders, providing responsive and solution‑oriented support.
• Identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary to ensure smooth implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer onboarding, implementation or retail POS environments.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and the ability to translate business needs into system configurations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Willingness to travel within Uyo, Abak and surrounding areas in Akwa Ibom.
