Immigration and Travel Executive

About the role

The Immigration and Travel Executive will support clients seeking residency, work permits, and visas across multiple destinations. This full‑time position combines advisory, sales, and operational duties to ensure seamless travel and immigration experiences for expatriates.

Key responsibilities

• Counsel and process clients for permanent residency, business/work permits, and all visa types.
• Provide passport, visa, and immigration advisory, answering client queries promptly.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints creatively and within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with the Operations team and external partners to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage itineraries for expatriate clients, both locally and abroad.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of visa expiries, quotas, CERPAC, passports, and related documents.
• Generate weekly status reports for clients on their expatriates.
• Process visa requests in line with embassy policies and handle e‑passport applications.
• Drive sales, perform basic administration, and produce activity reports.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• HND or BSc degree in International Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the immigration and travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of immigration law.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and proven sales ability.
• Capability to manage crises and emergencies outside regular working hours.
