ICT Teacher

About the role

The Lead British International School is seeking a full‑time ICT Teacher to join its campus in Oshogbo. You will be responsible for delivering engaging Information Technology and Computer Science lessons to students from primary through secondary levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for ICT, Information Technology and Computer Science.
• Teach both theoretical concepts and practical skills, adapting to the diverse needs of learners.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback in line with the English National Curriculum and Nigerian education standards.
• Create an inclusive, dynamic classroom environment that encourages active participation.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate ICT across the broader school curriculum.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with proven classroom management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Teaching certification or relevant professional qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for fostering student learning and growth.

Required skills

• Expertise in Information Technology.
• Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals.
