Human Resources Operation Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Operation Manager will lead daily recruitment and placement activities for Recruitment Hub Ng, ensuring smooth onboarding and high‑quality client service. This role combines operational oversight with people management to drive efficiency across the hiring pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily recruitment and placement operations.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate staff onboarding and placement processes.
• Manage client communication and relationship management.
• Supervise operational workflow and administrative activities.
• Handle escalations, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally.
• Maintain staff records and operational reports.
• Ensure quality control and placement standards are maintained.
• Lead and supervise internal staff and recruiters.
• Improve operational systems and efficiency.

Required profile

• Master’s Degree or B.Sc in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in HR or recruitment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems.
• Professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business.
