Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Officer to join our team at Jomav Homes. In this role you will support the HR function by managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement company policies and ensure compliance.
• Supervise and train employees to meet company standards.
• Report to departmental heads to achieve organizational goals.
• Improve work processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Evaluate employee performance using key performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue or attract new customers.
• Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of qualified candidates.
• Handle employee issues, grievances, and conflicts.
• Administer health insurance and other employee benefits.
• Create and manage employee development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Personnel Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.
• Professional certification in Human Resources Management or a relevant certification is an advantage.
