Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead end‑to‑end HR operations for KEA Group’s diverse business units, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and HR policy implementation across all units.
• Design and execute talent development initiatives and support leadership with workforce planning.
• Manage HR documentation, coordinate payroll with finance, administer benefits and produce HR data reports for strategic decisions.
• Drive employee engagement programs, support change‑management efforts and foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Experience developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and handling HR documentation with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training and talent development initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field; professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is a plus.
• Relevant experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist, preferably in hospitality, experiential marketing or a multi‑business environment.
