About the role
Best South Energies Limited is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Executive to join its team in Lekki. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day HR operations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations and employee relations.
- Oversee recruitment processes from posting to onboarding.
- Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
- Implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, preferably within construction or oil & gas.
- Strong understanding of employee relations and workplace dynamics.
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professional ethics.
