About the role

Therafitwellness Physiotherapy is seeking a proactive Human Resource Officer to join our team in Marina, Osun. You will play a key role in managing the full recruitment cycle, supporting staff onboarding, and ensuring smooth HR operations within our healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including posting vacancies and scheduling interviews.
• Screen applications, conduct initial assessments, and arrange candidate interviews.
• Assist with staff onboarding, orientation, and integration into the organization.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance metrics, and leave balances.
• Support employee welfare initiatives and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant labor regulations.
• Prepare regular HR reports and administrative documents for management review.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of HND.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
