About the role
Capinta Consult Limited is seeking a proactive Human Resource Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding and payroll functions for its operations in Port Harcourt. The role will support employee relations, ensure compliance with labour laws and provide HR insights to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Handle full‑cycle recruitment, conduct interviews, reference checks and manage onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Process payroll, reconcile accounts and oversee employee welfare.
- Monitor performance, address employee relations issues and ensure policy compliance.
- Prepare HR reports and recommendations for management.
- Perform any additional HR duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding and payroll processes.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
- Detail‑oriented, organized and able to handle confidential information.
