HR & Recruitment Sales Executive – Remote, Commission-Based

About the role

Brielle Consulting Services (BCS) is seeking a results‑driven HR & Recruitment Sales Executive to generate new business for its HR consulting and recruitment solutions. This fully remote position operates on a commission‑only model, rewarding you for every client you bring on board.

Key responsibilities

• Identify businesses across industries that need recruitment, staffing, or HR advisory services.
• Pitch BCS’s service packages to owners, HR managers and executives.
• Convert qualified leads into signed service agreements or recruitment mandates.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Develop long‑term relationships to secure repeat mandates and retainer contracts.
• Collaborate with the internal HR/recruitment team to ensure seamless handover after closing deals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR consulting sales, recruitment sales or staffing solutions sales (strongly preferred).
• Existing network within HR circles or among business owners is a strong advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, pitching and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
• Comfortable with a 100% commission‑based compensation model.
