HR Recruiting Manager

About the role

We are urgently seeking an HR Recruiting Manager to lead our hiring strategy, oversee the recruitment team, and manage the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process across multiple locations in Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute long‑term hiring plans aligned with company growth goals.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate in‑house recruiters, outsourcing agents, and hiring coordinators.
• Collaborate with department managers to define job requirements, write job descriptions, and accelerate the selection process.
• Develop proactive talent pools, leverage social media platforms, and manage Applicant Tracking Systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Track KPIs like time‑to‑hire and cost‑per‑hire while ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc/MBA in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• 4+ years of HR or recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing tools.
• Data analysis skills for recruitment metrics.
