HR Executive – Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

Rotic Aluminium is seeking an HR Executive to support its growing workforce in the manufacturing sector. You will play a key role in attracting talent, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and staff induction.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
• Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and policies.
• Monitor attendance, leave requests, and disciplinary actions.
• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training schedules and employee communications.
• Assist with payroll inputs and benefits administration.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of HR files.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of HR experience.
• Familiarity with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Discreet, trustworthy and proactive attitude.
