HR Coordinator – Recruitment & Workforce Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce mobilization for our construction projects. You will ensure accurate HR documentation, support payroll processes, and provide insightful analytics to drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and mobilization activities for project and site personnel.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel databases with confidentiality.
• Support payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, leave tracking, and timesheet coordination.
• Prepare HR, manpower, and employee analytics reports for management review.
• Develop and manage Excel‑based trackers, dashboards, pivot tables, and data analyses.
• Assist with visa, travel, accommodation, and employee mobilization requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams on staffing needs and updates.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies, labor regulations, and site procedures.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, disciplinary processes, and training coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong background in HR operations, recruitment coordination, and employee administration.
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• HR data tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with HRMS systems and digital reporting tools.
