HR Analyst

About the role

The HR Analyst will support Spurt Solutions' human resources function within its construction business in Lagos. You will ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, manage employee records, and help drive a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and ensure full compliance with labour legislation and internal policies.
• Develop and execute recruitment campaigns, manage onboarding, and support HSE adherence on construction sites.
• Design and run employee engagement and recognition initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Identify training needs, coordinate programmes, and monitor the return on investment of learning activities.
• Coordinate bi‑annual performance appraisals, facilitate feedback, and assist managers with goal setting.

Required profile

• Minimum HND qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Demonstrated 100% compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
• Track record of high employee engagement scores and error‑free payroll processing.
