HR & Admin Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead our human resources and office operations. The role combines talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and administrative oversight to support our growing construction business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage the full hiring cycle and conduct onboarding programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, manage grievance procedures and promote a positive work culture.
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes, support managers with KPI setting and identify training needs.
• Administer payroll inputs, manage leave records, and oversee benefits such as health insurance and pensions.
• Develop, review and update HR policies, ensure compliance with labour laws and prepare HR reports.
• Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies, vendor relationships and supervise administrative staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is compulsory.
• 7‑10 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and strategic problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HR software.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 400,000 to NGN 600,000 per month.
