Hotel Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Hotel Operations Supervisor will oversee daily hotel activities, ensuring smooth service delivery and high guest satisfaction. Reporting to management, you will coordinate staff across multiple departments and act as the first point of contact for operational issues.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily hotel operations and monitor staff performance.
• Coordinate and monitor activities of staff in assigned departments.
• Lead, motivate and train team members to meet operational goals.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate serious matters.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly and other operational reports.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization and proper presentation of assigned areas.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and communicate updates to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain punctuality and discipline.
• Willingness to work shift rotations, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Computer literacy for reporting and documentation.
