About the role
The Hotel Manager will lead daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments. This role reports directly to senior management and is responsible for maintaining high guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
- Develop strategies to increase occupancy and profitability.
Required profile
- Minimum HND qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar hotel management role.
