About the role
Corinth Hospitality Management is looking for a proactive Hospitality Supervisor to manage on‑site operations in Abuja. You will lead a team of Property Specialists, ensure rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, and act as the primary liaison for maintenance and operational issues.
Key responsibilities
- Assign Property Specialists to specific rooms, units, and client properties, ensuring balanced workloads and clear accountability.
- Conduct thorough post‑cleaning inspections using Corinth's Room Readiness Checklist and Scorecard, confirming that every room meets brand standards.
- Identify and document quality failures, missed cleaning tasks, poor presentation, or incomplete checklists, and initiate corrective actions.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, and any operational concerns promptly to the appropriate support teams.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of a BSc degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar hospitality supervision role, demonstrating strong attention to detail and operational oversight.
