Hospitality Sales Executive – Luxury Serviced Apartments

About the role

The Hospitality Sales Executive will drive revenue for Banks Luxury Serviced Apartments by generating bookings, building corporate relationships and securing new property listings. The role focuses on delivering measurable results rather than routine administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Generate direct bookings for all apartment units and implement strategies to boost occupancy.
• Develop and nurture relationships with corporate organisations, oil & gas companies, banks, NGOs, embassies, relocation firms and event planners.
• Identify and approach property owners to list their apartments on the Banks Luxury platform, presenting management and marketing solutions.
• Establish partnerships with travel agencies, relocation companies, event planners, chauffeur services and tourism operators.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline records, submit weekly/monthly reports and track conversion rates and revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Mass Communication or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, hospitality, real estate or related sectors with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, professional appearance and strong networking ability.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Digital marketing knowledge, including social media platforms.
• Experience using WhatsApp Business for client communication.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management.
