Home Tutor for Nursery & Primary Students in Agip, Rivers

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated home tutor to provide one‑on‑one instruction for three children in Agip, Rivers. The role focuses on early childhood and lower primary education, covering literacy, numeracy, phonics and basic English language skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 2‑hour tutoring sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4:00 PM at the client’s home.
• Teach Nursery 1 curriculum, focusing on early child education and two‑letter words.
• Support Primary 1 student with reading development.
• Assist Primary 2 student with reading and mathematics, addressing falling‑behind issues.
• Follow the Nigerian curriculum and adapt lessons to each child’s learning needs.

Required profile

• At least one month of tutoring or teaching experience.
• Comfortable teaching Nursery and Primary levels (ages 3‑10).
• Willingness to travel to the client’s location in Agip.
• Any gender; ability to start immediately.
