Home Tutor for JSS 1 Student – English, Agri Science & Business

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated home tutor to provide in‑person lessons for a JSS 1 student in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The tutor will cover English Language, Agricultural Science and Business Studies, following the Nigerian curriculum.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans for English, Agricultural Science and Business Studies.
- Conduct 4‑hour tutoring sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting at 9:00 AM at the client’s residence.
- Monitor the student’s progress and provide regular feedback to the parent.
- Adapt teaching materials to suit the learner’s pace and learning needs.
- Maintain a professional and punctual presence throughout the engagement.
Required profile
- Experience teaching JSS 1 or equivalent age group.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian curriculum and its assessment standards.
- Reliable, punctual and able to travel to the client’s home.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
