Head Teacher

About the role

The Head Teacher will provide strategic leadership and day‑to‑day supervision of teachers and staff across the school network. This senior position ensures high academic standards, a safe learning environment, and strong community relations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff.
• Oversee daily academic, administrative and operational activities, including timetables, assemblies and meetings.
• Monitor teaching quality, lesson delivery, pupil progress and overall academic performance.
• Maintain a disciplined, supportive and safe learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents, address concerns and uphold school policies.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management and promote the school’s reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in teaching, school administration or educational leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for education and commitment to high academic standards.
• Must be 30 years of age or older.
