Head of Strategic Enterprise Coverage – Financial Institutions

About the role

The Head of Strategic Enterprise Coverage will lead the acquisition and growth of strategic enterprise clients across Sub‑Saharan Africa, positioning a Treasury & Trade Operating System as the core infrastructure for treasury operations, liquidity management, FX, payments and trade flows.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and close strategic enterprise deals within the financial sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with CFOs, Treasurers and senior finance executives.
• Lead enterprise solution sales covering treasury, trade finance, FX and cross‑border payments.
• Structure and negotiate multi‑year infrastructure agreements.
• Drive onboarding of high‑volume enterprise payment and FX flows.
• Expand supplier and vendor ecosystem participation across enterprise networks.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise financial infrastructure sales or corporate banking solutions.
• Proven track record closing deals above $250K annual contract value.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and negotiation capability.
• Commercial acumen and ability to manage strategic pipelines in complex financial environments.
